I am a certified Angel Practitioner, Rei-flexologist, Reiki Master/Practitioner, Crystal Healer and Colour Therapist. I have obtained diplomas and certificates from various institutes in these modalities such as ‘The Rei-Flexology Healing Academy of South Africa’, ‘Angelways’ and ‘The School of Natural Health Sciences’.

I first became interested in an alternative spiritual path in 2005. It was during this time that my soul was searching for a deeper meaning in my life purpose, that I felt a very strong calling and connection to the angelic realm and the path of a lightworker/healer.

In July 2006 I completed my Reiki Master’s Degree in the Usui System of Natural Healing. In July 2007 I completed the course in Rei-Flexology. In August 2013 I completed the Angel Practitioners Course. In July 2014 I received my diploma in Crystal Healing and in November 2015 I received my diploma in Colour Therapy. I am currently studying Life Coaching, NLP, Stress Management and Hypnotherapy, which subjects form part of qualifying to be a Naturopath.

I am passionate about assisting people to connect to their true Divine spirit. My goal is to assist others to realize that WE are our own best guides, that the answers we seek from spiritual teachers or other experts are actually within ourselves. This is a lesson that took me many years to learn!

I believe that we all have psychic and intuitive abilities and that were all born with a sixth sense which can be developed by anyone that is willing to put in the work and anyone that has a genuine desire to connect to the spirit world of guides, angels and their true life purpose.

I believe in authenticity, standing in your truth and living your truth. This belief pushes us against ego and towards Spirit. As we do this, we transform and evolve as ‘beings’. Past does not matter, only the ‘here and now’ – the ‘Present’ – crafting the ‘future’. Life is about learning, we are here to learn about compassion and unconditional love. We are born into this – moulded by experience – then realizing we have choices – going back to our ‘knowing’ – which is the Source of all that we are and know.

It appears that everyone has the desire to be healthy, however, very few people know themselves well enough to recognize that their illness is an expression of some part of their own mind that does not wish to be healthy, or that does not know how to be well. We can ‘re-teach’ ourselves to be well if we are willing to look within for the answers and not hand over the responsibility for our health to others.

What is Intuitive & Vibrational Energy Healing?

Intuitive energy healing is an alternative practice that relies on the use of the five senses to locate and correct imbalances in the energy flow within the body. Sometimes referred to as insight healing, the practice does not require any type of invasive procedure. Working with holistic and vibration techniques is a way of demonstrating that individuals can truly help themselves. Once the client grasps this knowledge, their whole world takes on a different significance and this is when healing begins to occur

Vibrational healing is one of the most profound and fundamental alternative therapies in the field of alternative medicine and holistic health. It employs spiritual healing methods which expand the awareness of the practitioner and uses energy, color and light healing techniques to catalyze healing in the client’s energy field (aura and charka system) – helping the client’s break free from afflictions and limitations of body, mind and spirit. It may provide enhanced quality of life for the client and facilitate spiritual growth.

Vibrational remedies are subtle energy stimuli that interact with the energy systems of the human body to help stabilise and correct physical, emotional, mental and spiritual conditions. By focusing vibrational remedy upon a problem area, we can temporarily restore balance to that area. When there is balance, the body is more effective in eliminating toxins and negativities that can hinder our body processes.

Through vibrational remedies, we reinstall a proper flow of energy. Many times we fail to remember that the body knows how to take care of itself. Unfortunately, we do get in its way because we hold onto emotions and attitudes that can short circuit its energy flow, causing weakness and imbalances.

Because the human body is an energy system, we can use various energy vibrations to interact with it. Some of the most common and effective vibrational remedies are sounds, crystals, stones and of course, thought.

Energy healing involves treating not only the dis-ease itself, but also the underlying cause. Negative emotional states and mental attitudes – whether our own or those we are exposed to, impinge upon our energies.

Part of the responsibility of a healer is to assist the client find the method or combination of methods that works best for the individual. It involves exploring not just the physical problem, but possible metaphysical causes as well, bearing in mind that all healing comes from within.

Remember that the healer is a channel for energy and may only direct energy to another person with their permission. Only medical doctors – not spiritual healers – are authorized to diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, or provide a prognosis. Keep in mind that all healing comes from within. A healer cannot cure anyone through their own power. The healer works as a catalyst to stimulate a change in consciousness and a healing change in the energy of the individual. How to Induce Hypnotism———————–Now that you know how to talk to your subconscious mind, I will now tell youhow to guide someone into hypnosis. Notes that said guide, you can neverhypnotize someone, and they must be willing. Ok, the subject must be lying orsitting in a comfortable position, relaxed, and at a time when things aren’tgoing to be interrupted. Tell them the following, or something close to it, ina peaceful, montionous tone (not a commanding tone of voice).NOTE: Light a candle and place it somewhere where I can be easily seen.”Take a deep breathe through your nose and old it in for the count of 8.Now, through your mouth, exhale completely and slowly. Continue breathinglong, deep, breaths through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Tenseup all your mucles very tight, now, counting from ten to one, release themslowly, you will find them very relaxed. Now, look at the candle, as you lookat it, with every breath and passing movement, you are feeling increasinglymore and more peaceful and relaxed. The candles flame is peaceful and bright.As you look at it I will count from 100 own, as I count, your eyes will become more and more relaxed, getting more and more tired with each passing moment.”Now, count down from 100, about every 10 numbers say “When reach xx your eyes(or you will find your eyes) are becoming more and more tired.” Tell them theymay close their eyes whenever they feel like it. If the persons eyes are stillpen when you get to50 then instead of saying “your eyes will..” say “youreyes re…” When their eyes are shut say the following: “…. as you lie (orsit) here with your eyes comfortably close you find your self relaxing more andmore with each moment and breath. The relaxation feels pleasant and blissfulso, you happily give way to these wonderful feeling. Imagine yourself on acloud, resting peacefully, with a slight breeze caressing your body. Atingling sensation begins to work its way, within and without your toes; itslowly moves up your feet, making them warm, heavy ad relaxed. The cloud issoft and supports your body with its soft texture, the scene is peaceful andabsorbing, the peacefulness absorbs you completely. The tingling gently and slowly moves up your leg, relaxing them. Making them warm and heavy. Therelaxation feels very good, it feels so good so just relax and let go. As thetingling continues its journey up into your solar plexus (or body)(, you feel your innerstomach become very relaxed. Now, it moves slowly to your chest, makingyour breathing relaxed as well. The feeling begins to move up your arms toor shoulders, making your arms heavy and relaxed as well. You are aware ofthe total relaxation you are now experiencing, and you give way to it. It isgood and peaceful, the tingling now moves into you face and head, relaxingyour jaws, neck, and facial muscles, making your cares and worries flat awayAway into the blue sky as you rest blissfully on the cloud….” If they are notresponsive or you think they (he or she.) is going to sleep, then add in a”…always concentrating upon my vice, ignoring all other sounds. Even thoughother sounds exist, they aid you in your relaxation.” They should soon letout a sigh as if hey were letting go, and their face should have”woodenness” to it, becoming featureless. Now, say the following “… You now findyourself in a hallway; the hallway is peaceful and nice. As I count from 10 to1 you will imagine yourself walking further and further down the hall. When Ireach one you will find yourself where you want to be, in another higher stateof concious and mind. (Count from ten to one)….” Do this about three orfour times. Then, to test if the subject is under hypnosis or not, say”…Youfeel a strange sensation in your (arm they write with arm, the feeling beginsat your fingers and slowly moves up your arm, as it moves through your arm yourarm becomes lighter and lighter, it will soon be so light it will rise…becoming lighter and lighter which each breath and moment… Their fingersshould begin to twitch and then move up, the arm following, now my friend, youhave him/her in hypnosis. The first time you do this, while he/she is undersay good things, like: “your going to feel great tomorrow” or every day in every way you will find yourself becoming better and better” or something likethat. The more they go under, the deeper in hypnosis they will get each timeyou do it.What to do when hypnotized————————-When you have them under you must word things very carefully to get yourway. You cannot simply say” Take off your clothes and hump the pillow. No,that would not really do the trick. You must say something like: “you findyourself at home, in your room an you have to take a shower (vividly describetheir room and what’s happening), you begin to take off our clothes…” Now,it cant be THAT simple, you must know the persons house, room, and shower roomThen describe things vividly and tell them to at it out (they have to beDEEPLY under to do this.). I would just suggest that you experiment a while,and get to know how to do things.

Waking Up———Waking up is very easy, just said: “as I count you find yourself becomingmore an more awake, more anymore lively. When you wake up you will findyourself completely alive, awake, and refreshed. Mentally and physically,remembering the pleasant sensation that hypnosis brings. Waking up feelinglike a newborn baby, reborn with life and vigor, feeling excellent.Remembering that next time you enter hypnosis it will become an everincreasing deeper and deeper state than before. 1) You feel energy coursethroughout your limbs. 2) You begin to breathe deeply, stirring. 3) Beginningto move or and more your eyes open, bringing you up to feel conscious. 4) Youare up, up, up and awakening more and more. 5) You are awake and feelinggreat. And that’s it. You now know how to hypnotize yourself and someoneelse. You will learn more and more as you experiment.
